Who is responsible

The data controller is Velrina s.r.o., VAT ID CZ28475313, Ruska 260/18, Prague 10, Czech Republic. For anything privacy-related, write to astro@kore.si — or simply reply to any email you have received from Kore.

What we collect

Only what a reading needs: your question, your birth date, your birth time (or "unknown"), your birth place, and the email address the reading is delivered to. We also store the payment reference of your checkout session. While you fill in the form, what you have typed so far is saved as a draft on our server so you can pick up where you left off, and the email address your payment was made with is used to send you that continue link. Your IP address is used to rate-limit abuse; it is kept in memory for about an hour and never stored with your submission. We measure aggregate site usage with Google Analytics cookies — page views and button clicks only, never your question or birth data. Google processes these analytics cookies on our behalf; there is no advertising and your data is not sold or shared for anyone else's purposes. Why we process it

Your question, birth data, and email are used to prepare and deliver the reading you paid for — this is performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). The IP address check exists to keep the service safe from abuse — legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Nothing is used for marketing, and your data is never sold or shared for anyone else's purposes.

How long we keep it

Submissions without a completed payment are deleted automatically after 30 days. Paid submissions are deleted automatically after 2 years. A saved draft that is never submitted is deleted automatically after 30 days without activity — and as soon as you submit the form, the draft itself is removed. You can ask for deletion at any time — sooner than that — by replying to any Kore email.

Who else sees it

Three processors: Stripe handles the payment (your card details never reach our server), Mailgun delivers our emails from an EU endpoint, and Google processes the anonymous analytics cookies described above — only if you allow them. No one else receives your data.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable form. To exercise any of them, reply to any email from Kore or write to astro@kore.si — you get a straight answer, not a form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in the Czech Republic the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů.
